We know that Hsbc, Uob, Citi and Hlb didn't send statements to users anymore. So users have to download it via online banking or Bank's app.
Once you downloaded the statement via the mobile app,
🙅♀️ No need to open the email app.
🙅♀️ No need to attach pdf.
The best method is to SHARE the pdf directly.
1️⃣ At the Banks app (Using HSBC as an example), I download the statement.
2️⃣ When the PDf opens, there will be a SHARE button. (Different phone may have different icon and locations)
3️⃣ Choose email, key in your designated Finory email and send.
